Korean Corn Cheese

Instructions

1 In a bowl combine corn, onion, capsicum, chilli flakes, Kewpie mayonnaise, salt
and pepper. Stir to combine.
2 Heat butter in a small cast iron skillet until bubbling. Add corn mixture and
saute for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle over cheese.
3 Place under the grill for five minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
4 Serve with sliced spring onions on top. Enjoy as is (with a fork) or with bread.
