Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish or
oven-safe skillet.
2 In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, paprika, cayenne pepper,
garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and mix together.
3 Pour the olive oil mix over the breasts and rub it into the surface of the
chicken.
4 Bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes, or until their internal temperature reaches
165°F.
5 Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with fresh
parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
