Gluten-Free Air Fryer Grilled Cheese

🧂 Ingredients

4 slices gluten-free sandwich bread
1 ½ tablespoons softened butter
2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 tablespoons shredded or 2 slices)
2 oz. Havarti or Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 tablespoons shredded or 2 slices)

Instructions

1 Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. Spread the butter on one side of each of the
bread slices.
2 Place two slices of bread butter side down inside the air fryer basket. Place 1
ounce of cheddar cheese and 1 ounce of Havarti or Monterey Jack cheese, then
place the remaining two slices of bread butter side-up on top of the cheese.
3 Cook at 360°F for 6 minutes, flip then cook for another 4-6 minutes until the
sandwich is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
