Pickled Watermelon Rinds

Take your watermelon rind and make delicious pickled watermelon rinds. We have a
simple and easy recipe to make watermelon rind pickles

🧂 Ingredients

1 Place 1/4 cup of cinnamon candies in bottom of the jar.
2 Add cubed watermelon rind filling the jars.
3 Boil water – white vinegar & sugar mix until the sugar is mixed in.
4 Wipe the jar rims with a clean wet towels.
5 Add the clean seal and hand tighten band onto the jar.
6 Water bath can the jars for 10 minutes once bringing the water to a boil.
7 Place jars on towel and cover with another towel to slow cooling and prevent
cracking.
8 Once the jars have sealed, label and date the jars.
9 You can move the jars around to dissolve the candies if they are still present.
