fillets of plaice
oil
lemon juice
dill and parsley
duxelles of mushrooms
flour
eggwash and breadcrumbs

Instructions

Marinate fillets of plaice in oil, lemon juice, chopped dill and parsley for 1
hour.

Spread with duxelles of mushrooms, then roll up and secure with a cocktail
stick.

Pass through flour, eggwash and breadcrumbs, deep fry in oil and serve garnished
with picked parsley.
