Pork Roast Seasoning
This pork roast seasoning blend is a simple homemade dry rub that will add loads
of flavor to any pork recipe. You can use it on a pork loin, sirloin,
tenderloin, and even ribs, rib tips, or pork chops. My easy DIY pork roast
seasoning blend only requires a handful of common herbs and spices to create the
perfect pork dry rub.
1x recipe yields 1½ tablespoons of pork roast seasoning, before adding any
optional ingredients, which can be used to season 2-3 pounds of pork. For a
smaller roast, use half of a batch. It's also exceptionally easy to 2x or 3x the
recipe to store for later.
