1.1 lb prepared white crabmeat
7 oz shredded lettuce
17 floz Cocktail Sauce
3 lemons

quartered
3 to matoes

quartered
2 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1 Three-quarters fill cocktail glasses with 1 oz shredded lettuce.
2 Place 2 oz of crabmeat on top of the lettuce and coat with cocktail sauce.
3 Garnish the glasses with quarters of tomato and lemon and sprinkle with chopped
parsley.
