Peanut Butter Surprises

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter

  softened
• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar

  packed
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp. real vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour

  (Bleached flour toughens baked goods)
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt
• 3 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

  chopped

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer in
  a large wooden bowl until fluffy.
• 3 Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together; gradually stir dry
  ingredients into mixture.
• 4 Stir in chopped peanut butter cups.
• 5 Scoop cookie dough with a large cookie scoop and place on greased baking sheets.
• 6 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
• 7 Rotate cookies on racks every 6 to 7 minutes of baking time.
• 8 Cool completely.
