Easy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes

🧂 Ingredients

• 2 sweet potatoes
• Cooking spray or olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

• 1 Peel the sweet potatoes. Rinse with cold water.
• 2 Slice and cube the potatoes into 1/2” pieces.
• 3 Spray the potato cubes with cooking spray (or toss with a small amount of olive
  oil) and season with salt & pepper.
• 4 Place the sweet potato in the air fryer and cook at 400°F(200°C) for
  approximately 12-14 minutes, shaking the basket at the halfway mark, until
  crispy and tender. Season with additional salt as desired.
