Instructions

1 Add all ingredients except edible flower to shaker. Shake, then double strain
into glass over big ice cube or on the rocks. If desired, garnish with edible
flower.
2 Pour gin into glass or porcelain container. Put 1 bag of preferred English black
breakfast tea in container and allow to steep for 1 hour. Remove tea bag.
3 Add honey and water to a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until honey is
dissolved. Allow to cool, then transfer to airtight container. Syrup will keep,
refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
