🧂 Ingredients

½ cup ACV
1 apple

cored and cubed
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 cup oil of choice—olive

MCT, hemp, walnut, or avocado

Instructions

1 Add apple cider vinegar, apple cubes, garlic, mustard, and honey to a food
processor and blend until smooth.
2 Slowly pour in oil of choice while blending until emulsified.
3 Let chill and enjoy!
