Instructions

1 Wash the lettuce and pull of spine and tear into bite size pieces.
2 Mix together the remaining ingredients from above, except the parmesan cheese.
3 Pour the dressing over lettuce, add ½ C. Parmesan cheese.
4 Toss and serve.
