Vegan Air fryer Cookies

Vegan air fryer cookies - these incredible vegan chocolate chip cookies can be
made in either an air fryer or a traditional oven. They are rich, sweet, soft
and chewy, easy to make with no weird ingredients and very addictive!

1 Line the basket of an air fryer with baking paper, folding it under the tray so
that it cannot fly up. Poke holes in the parchment with a toothpick.
2 Add the butter and sugars to a large bowl and cream together until well
combined.
3 Add the milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder and soda and salt and mix to form a
smooth, stiff dough. It may seem a bit dry at first but keep mixing and it will
come together.
4 Add the chopped chocolate and mix until combined.
5 Divide the dough into 10 portions and roll into balls. Place a few of them well
spaced apart in the lined air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air
fryer you will be able to fit 2-4 cookies at a time.
6 Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 160℃ (325℉) until browned around the edges. The
cookies will still be very soft at this stage.
7 Leave the cookies to cool in the air fryer for 5-10 minutes to firm up a bit
then use a spatula or fish slice to carefully transfer them to a wire rack to
cool.
8 Repeat with the remaining dough or keep it covered in the fridge for up to 3
