Cream Cheese Crescent Roll Braid

🧂 Ingredients

• 2 - 8 oz. packages of crescent rolls
• 1 - 8 oz. package of whipped cream cheese
• 2 Tbsp. pesto sauce
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp. water
• 2 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

• 1 Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
• 2 Roll the crescent rolls out flat on a cookie sheet and press the seams together.
• 3 Cut 8 slits down each side of the crescent rolls, 1/3 of the way to the middle.
• 4 Spread cream cheese down the middle.
• 5 Spread the pesto sauce on top of the cream cheese.
• 6 Twist the outer pieces of the crescent roll toward the middle, creating a
  braided look.
• 7 Add the water to the egg white and beat.
• 8 Brush on top of the entire braid.
• 9 Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
• 10 Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes (at 375-degrees), or until golden brown.
• 11 Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
• 12 Slice with a pizza cutter.
