2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz simple syrup
fresh mint
ice

Instructions

1 Add the simple syrup and mint to a cocktail shaker and or to a metal cup and
muddle the mint to release the oils. Add the bourbon and stir well. Pour into a
glass and add some ice (crushed if you have it). Serve with mint leaf for
garnish if you like.
