🧂 Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs
Avocado
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Lemon juice
Cooked bacon - crumbled
Ritz Crackers - Bacon Flavoured

Instructions

1 In a bowl, use a fork (and/or knife) to smash and crumble hard boiled eggs
2 Add diced avocado
3 Add in mayonnaise (1-2 tsp for every 2 eggs,) mustard (1/4-1/2 tsp for every 2
eggs,) and lemon juice (1/4 tsp for every 2 eggs)
4 Mix and spoon onto crackers and top with bacon crumbles
5 I used Ritz Bacon Crackers, but Ritz Original or Ritz Buttery would be great too
