🧂 Ingredients
1.3 lb
small potatoes
2 tsp
chopped onion or chives
chopped parsley
2 tbsp
French dressing
6 3/4 floz
mayonnaise

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, then peel.

Dice or cut into 1 cm slices.

Add the onion, parsley and French dressing to the potatoes while still warm and
mix in gently.

Season to taste, then mix in the mayonnaise.
