Baked Breakfast Potatoes

Simple breakfast idea to make! I used these baked breakfast potatoes for
breakfast burritos, but they work for pretty much anything you want them for.
The options are endless with these roasted breakfast potatoes.

🧂 Ingredients

6-7 russet potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of each seasoning: basil, paprika, oregano, parsley, black pepper, rosemary
dash of salt

Instructions

1 Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in cubes to desired thickness.
2 Put potato cubes in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3 Preheat air fryer for 375 degrees. Pour potatoes into a single layer in the air
fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes flipping halfway through. Potatoes will be
done when a fork can be pierced all the way through. Serve.
4 Pour potatoes onto a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve your Baked Breakfast Potatoes hot.
