Puff Pastry Plum Tart

🧂 Ingredients

1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2 While puff pastry thaws, slice 4 red plums into wedges. Set aside.
3 In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar with an
electric mixer until smooth.
4 Unfold thawed puff pastry onto prepared baking sheet. Carefully spread cream
cheese mixture evenly onto puff pastry, leaving a 1" perimeter around the edge.
5 Top with sliced plums.
6 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tart is puffy and golden brown.
7 Remove from oven and allow to cool. Garnish with thyme sprigs if desired. Cut
into 6 servings and enjoy!
