Chicken Bolognese

try out my chicken bolognese! it is lightened up by using ground chicken and my
delicious homemade tomato sauce.

Instructions

1 Heat a large pot over low heat. Once heated, add garlic and diced onion. Sauté
until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
2 Add the ground chicken and start breaking it up while adding the seasonings.
Continue to break up and mix together as the chicken finishes cooking.
3 Once completely cooked, add the tomatoes and stir together.
4 Allow sauce to simmer for 15-45 minutes, stirring and scraping the pot
occasionally.
