Fish
cleaned, gashed
1 tsp
Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
kali mirch powder
2 pinches
Turmeric
haldi powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients (except the fish and oil) with a little water and rub
the paste over the fish. Keep aside for an hour.

Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); shallow-fry the fish till golden brown. Remove
and drain the excess oil on absorbent paper towels. Repeat till all are fried.

Serve hot.
