🧂 Ingredients

2 tbsp golden syrup
5 oz polyunsaturated margarine
4 oz soft brown sugar
4 oz crunchy peanut butter
10 oz self raising wholewheat flour

Instructions

1 Heat the syrup, margarine, and sugar until melted. Stir in the peanut butter and
flour.
2 Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheets.
3 Bake at Mark 4 (180°C) 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for a few minutes then
transfer to a rack.
