Yoghurt
dahi, hung for 2 hours in a muslin cloth
3 3/4 oz
Sugar
ground
a few strands Saffron
kesar, soaked in 1 tsp water, ground

Green cardamom
choti elaichi seeds, powdered

Almonds
badaani, blanched, chopped

Pistachios
pista, chopped

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the yoghurt with sugar. Add ground saffron, half of the
green cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. Mix well.

Pour in individual bowls and serve chilled garnished with the remaining green
cardamom powder, dry fruits, and rose petals if desired.
