One Pot Kielbasa Hash

One pot kielbasa hash is a meal that can incorporate pantry ingredients. No
running to the grocery store for this dinner.

🧂 Ingredients

1 package Kielbasa

I used kielbasa that was pre-cooked and from our own family farm
2 Green peppers
1 Onion
3 Potatoes

Peeled
1 tbsp Olive oil

extra virgin
Season salt

to taste

1 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. I used my cast iron skillet but
you can use any heavy skillet.
2 Chop the potatoes into small chunks and lightly fry them in the oil (about 5-7
minutes). You can season as you prefer.
3 While the potatoes are frying, chop the onions and green peppers into large
chunks. Add those to the potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4 Chop the kielbasa into 1/4 rounds and add them to the skillet. Cook until heated
through.
5 Season all ingredients with season salt.
6 Serve hot. Enjoy!
