🧂 Ingredients

8 cups water
6 organic black tea bags (paper tags removed)
4 fresh peaches, pitted and cut into chunks
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced
Local honey, to taste
1 fresh peach, thinly sliced
6-8 fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

1 In the Instant Pot, combine water, black tea bags, chopped peaches, and minced
ginger. Stir to mix.

Secure the lid and set the vent to “Sealing.”

Select the “Manual” setting on Normal Pressure and set the timer for 5 minutes.
2 Once the tea is done, allow natural pressure release (NR) for 10-15 minutes.

Carefully perform a quick release (QR) for any remaining pressure.

Remove the tea bags immediately to prevent bitterness.

Strain the hot tea mixture using a fine mesh strainer to remove peach and ginger
solids. Pour the tea into a large, heat-resistant pitcher.
3 Stir in honey to taste while the tea is still warm, allowing it to dissolve
easily.

Let the tea cool slightly, then refrigerate or serve immediately over ice.

Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint sprigs for a beautiful presentation.
