Instructions

1 Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil
2 Reduce temperature and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour
3 Strain the mixture
4 In a coffee cup, put 45 ml (1.5 oz) of dark rum
5 Fill the cup with the hot cider
6 Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick and serve
