Prawns
king-sized
2 tsp
Lemon
nimbu juice
2 tbsp
sesame
til seeds
7 floz
Vegetable oil
1 tsp
Dry red chillies
sookhi lal mirch
1 tsp
Garlic
lasan, crushed
1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp
Turmeric
haldi powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp
Green coriander
hara dhaniya, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Wash, clean and devein the prawns. Pat them dry. Rub lemon juice onto the prawns
and keep aside.

Coarsely grind 1 tsp sesame seeds. Put the rest aside to be used later for
frying.

Mix the coarsely ground sesame seeds with 1 tsp oil and the rest of the
ingredients to form a marinade. Coat the prawns with this marinade, cover the
dish and put aside for 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan till it starts smoking. Reduce heat to medium. Coat
the prawns evenly with the remaining sesame seeds and deep-fry till they are
crisp and golden brown.

Garnish with green coriander and serve hot accompanied by chilli sauce.
