Cooked rice
3 tbsp
Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp
Cumin
jeera seeds
3 Cloves

1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder
3 tbsp
Water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp
Ginger powder

Instructions

Heat the oil in a deep pan; add cumin seeds and cloves; saute for a few seconds.

Mix red chilli powder in a few spoons of water and add to the pan. Stir, and
then quickly add the cooked rice.

Mix well and cook on low heat. Mix in salt and ginger powder. When the rice is
heated through, transfer to a serving dish.

Fry the eggs and then garnish the rice with them.
