8 3/4 oz
turned carrots
8 3/4 oz
turned turnips
8 3/4 oz
sliced onion
bouquet garni
5 1/3 oz
broad beans

Instructions

Place the meat into a saucepan and cover with cold water, bring to the boil and
skim thoroughly.

Add 8 3/4 oz each of turned carrots, turnips and sliced onion and a bouquet
garni.

When almost cooked, add 5 1/3 oz broad beans and cook until tender.

Serve slices of the meat with the vegetables, moistened with the cooking liquor
and accompanied by Parsley Sauce.
