Blue Cheese Wedge Salad

There's nothing really more tasty than a fresh and crunchy wedge salad. It's one
of my favorite salads to get at a restaurant! Here's an easy recipe to make at
home!

🧂 Ingredients

1 Iceberg Lettuce
1 container Sweet Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 tbsp. Balsamic Glaze
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing ( your brand of choice )
1 sprinkle Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Olive Oil
1 sprinkle Salt & Pepper

Instructions

1 First, about 1-2 hours before you serve your salad, slice your sweet tomatoes in
half, slice your yellow onions in thin slices and place in a bowl along with
salt & pepper to taste, olive oil, Balsamic Glaze, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix
well, and place in the fridge.
2 Clean and cut your iceberg lettuce in 2 or 4 pieces, depending on how much you
want to serve. Make sure to cut the end stem of the lettuce as well.
3 Place each wedge into your bowl or serving plate of choice. Add your blue cheese
dressing with a spoon on top of the lettuce, depending on how much dressing you
like ( I love a ton ) is up to you.
4 Take out your tomato and onion mix, serve a spoonful and place on top of each
wedge, grab some of the juice too, it's so tasty!
5 Sprinkle with Parmesan and top it off with some balsamic glaze!
