1 cup kale leaves

stems removed
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 cups pineapple

thawed if frozen
1/2 lime

juiced
1/2 cup water
crushed ice

for serving

Instructions

1 Place all of the ingredients, except crushed ice, in a blender
