Peach Caramel Cookies

🧂 Ingredients

• 3 to 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour

  bleached flour toughens baked goods
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 sticks unsalted butter

  softened (1 cup)
• 1 cup brown sugar

  packed
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups peaches

  diced
• 11 oz. Kraft Caramel Bits

Instructions

• 1 Place butter, sugars, vanilla, baking soda, salt and eggs in a mixing bowl.
• 2 Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
• 3 Stir in flour, peaches and caramel bits until combined.
• 4 Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.
• 5 Scoop dough with a cookie scoop and place on prepared sheets.
• 6 Bake at 350° about 12-15 minutes or until done.
• 7 Rotate cookie sheets on oven racks every six minutes of baking time.
• 8 Cool completely.
