Butter Pecan White Chocolate Cookie Cups

🧂 Ingredients

• 15.25 oz. box Butter Pecan cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup canola oil

  or avocado oil
• 1 cup white chocolate chips

  NOT vanilla chips or premiere white baking chips
• 1 cup pecans

  coarsely chopped (measure after chopping)

Instructions

• 1 Combine cake mix, oil and eggs.
• 2 Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.
• 3 Spray miniature muffin pans with cooking spray.
• 4 Roll cookies into balls or scoop cookie dough with a small cookie scoop and
  place in prepared muffin pans.
• 5 Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
  clean.
• 6 Rotate muffin pans on oven racks half way through baking time.
