1 In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat.
2 Clean and chop the apples into thin slices and add them into the skillet. Per
your preference, you may either keep the skin on or remove the apple skin. Next,

3 Cook the apples until tender on medium-low heat, about 20 minutes.
4 Remove from heat. Sprinkle extra cinnamon or walnuts over apples if preferred.
