🧂 Ingredients

Pecan Pie Mix from Mad Dash Mixes
1/2 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Eggs
Optional Pecans

Instructions

1 I placed the eggs, yogurt, and pecan pie mix together in a batter bowl. I
stirred the ingredients until they were mixed together.
2 I placed paper muffin cups into my muffin pan and I used a cookie scoop to place
the batter in the muffin cups.
3 I placed the muffins in the oven and baked at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
4 I pulled the muffins out and let them cool completely.
