Instructions

1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set
aside.
2 Mash the boiled sweet potatoes in a large bowl until smooth.
3 Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix well.
