🧂 Ingredients

1 Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Add into your large mixing bowl: Butter, peanut butter, light brown sugar,
sugar, vanilla and egg. Until creamy and smooth.
3 In a separate bowl add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix slowly together. Next
slowly add this mixture into the peanut butter mixture (slowly creaming it in)
until all the flour is mixed in.
4 Scoop into small scooper and place about 2 inch scoop (balls) onto Silpat (or
parchment paper) on a baking sheet.
5 Take a fork and criss-cross the tops then sprinkle with sugar.
6 When pan is ready bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Until cookies just
start to brown.
7 Remove from oven and let cool slightly prior to adding them to your cooling
racks.
