Creamy & Airy Peanut Butter Mousse

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter

  smooth and unsweetened
• 1 cup cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

  or lemon juice
• 1/2 cup Dulce de Leche
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  optional

Instructions

• 1 Use a large bowl to beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, lemon juice
  (or vanilla extract or both), and dulce de leche
• 2 Beat the heavy cream in a separate bowl till the stiff peak consistency
• 3 Gradually and gently fold the heavy cream into the peanut butter creamy mousse
• 4 Transfer the peanut butter mousse into serving glasses or mason jars and cool
  for 30 minutes
• 5 Serve with pleasure
