Peanut Butter Chocolate Tuxedo Cookies

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Tuxedo Cookies are a perfect combination of two
favorite flavors, all wrapped up in a single cookie. Enjoy!

Instructions

1 In a medium sized bowl whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
together, and set aside.
2 In the bowl of an electric mixer on medium speed beat the butter and sugar
together until light and fluffy, roughly 2 minutes. Beat in the eggs and vanilla
until combined, then reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly add in the flour
mixture. Beat until just combined.
3 Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the peanut butter and egg.
4 Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat until well combined.
5 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
6 Using a cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate cookie dough filling it 1/2 way with
the chocolate dough, then scoop the peanut butter dough filling the rest of the
scooper. It should be half chocolate and half peanut butter.
7 Note: You can take the dough and roll them into a cylinder, refrigerate and then
slice to get the perfect tuxedo look, but we aren’t that patient.
8 Bake 12-14 minutes or until set.
