1 cup
Lotus seeds
makhane
8 floz
Water
4 1/3 pint
Milk
5 oz
Sugar

Boil the lotus seeds in the water. Let them simmer for half an hour. Drain and
keep aside.

Boil the milk in a wok (kadhai). Simmer for half an hour or till it becomes
thick.

Add lotus seeds and cook for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the sugar and cook till it dissolves completely. Remove from heat and
pour into a serving dish.

Serve chilled.
