🧂 Ingredients

string beans
feta
cherry tomatoes

halved
salt & pepper
1 tsp Toomey's seasoning
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

1 Blanch beans in boiling water until they're bright green. Transfer to ice bath
to stop cooking.
2 Add beans, tomatoes & feta to a bowl.
3 In a separate, small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Toss with the
rest of ingredients & serve.
