Chocolate M&M Brownies

🧂 Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Cocoa
• 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter

  melted, (2 1/2 sticks)
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour

  Bleached flour toughens baked goods
• 4 large eggs
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  no substitutes
• 2 cups M&M candies

  divided use

Instructions

• 1 Melt butter in microwave in large mixing bowl.
• 2 Whisk in cocoa until no lumps remain.
• 3 Add eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla and flour and whisk until smooth.
• 4 Mixture will be thick.
• 5 Add 1 ½ cups M&M’s and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
• 6 Spray a 10x15” baking dish heavily with cooking spray.
• 7 Spread brownie batter into prepared dish.
• 8 Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of M&M’s over top of batter.
• 9 Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out
  clean.
• 10 Cool brownies completely.
