🧂 Ingredients

2 ounces Jameson Irish whiskey
½ ounce simple syrup

preferably homemade
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
1 large ice cube
Orange twist

for garnish, optional
Luxardo cherries

for garnish, optional

Instructions

1 Add the Jameson Irish whiskey, simple syrup and bitters to an old fashioned
glass.
2 Place a large ice cube in the glass. Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture to
chill and slightly melt the ice, about 20 seconds.
3 If desired, garnish with an orange twist and Luxardo cherries. Enjoy!
