Instructions

1 In a large bowl add lamb chops. Add red chilis, ginger garlic paste, garam
masala, lemon juice, black pepper powder, yogurt, and salt.
2 Mix very well, Marination time 3 hours.
3 After marination, In a large cooking pan, add oil, once the oil is hot add one
by one lamb chops.
4 Each side’s cooking time is 5 to 6 min. when chops both sides turn a golden
color.
5 Take it out all chops.
6 Serve with salad and yogurt dip.
