1 large egg
1/2 cup plain panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

(about 2 oz)
1 package cooked bacon bits

(3 oz)
1 package uncooked chicken tenders

(14 oz)
to taste chive and onion sour cream potato topper

Instructions

1 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it
with non-stick cooking spray.
2 In a shallow bowl, crack the egg and whisk it until fully blended. In a
resealable plastic bag, mix together the panko bread crumbs, shredded Cheddar
cheese, and bacon bits.
3 Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip back into
the bowl. Place the chicken tenders into the bag with the crumb mixture, seal,
and shake until well coated.
4 Arrange the breaded tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated
oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is
completely cooked and the breading is golden brown.
5 Serve the chicken tenders hot, accompanied by the optional chive and onion sour
