8 oz curd cheese
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh chopped tarragon
2 tsp fresh chopped chives
1 large peach

peeled, stoned and chopped
8 large slices of ham

Instructions

1 Blend the cheese and herbs together, season with freshly ground black pepper and
stir in the peach.
2 Divide the mixture equally among the ham slices and roll each one up to make a
cornet shape.
3 Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
