M&M Funfetti Bars

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 box Confetti cake mix

  or any kind of funfetti or rainbow chip cake mix
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup canola oil

  or vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup half-and-half

  or whole milk
• 1 cup M&Ms

  any kind will work
• 1 can Funfetti vanilla frosting
• 1 cup M&Ms

  for garnish

Instructions

• 1 Mix cake mix, egg, canola oil and half-and-half or milk with a whisk to combine.
• 2 Stir in the cup of M&Ms with a wooden spoon.
• 3 Pour into a 9x13” greased baking pan.
• 4 Spread batter into pan.
• 5 Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes
  out clean.
• 6 Cool completely--about one hour.
• 7 Spread vanilla frosting over top of cooled bars.
• 8 Sprinkle with funfetti pieces.
• 9 Then garnish the top of the bars with M&Ms, as desired.
• 10 Refrigerate a few hours or overnight before cutting into bars.
