haricot beans

chopped fennel

chopped onion
7 oz
shredded cabbage

tomato puree
2 1/2 oz
fried lardons of bacon

chopped cloves of crushed garlic

Instructions

Cook 1.6 lb haricot beans in water with 3 1/2 oz chopped fennel, 2 oz chopped
onion, 7 oz shredded cabbage and 2 oz tomato puree.

When cooked, finish by adding 2 1/2 oz fried lardons of bacon, 2 chopped cloves
of crushed garlic and seasoning.
