Spicy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
cut into 1 inch pieces

oil
1 clove
garlic
minced

onion
diced
1 4 oz.
can diced green chilies
1 cup
of frozen or fresh corn

can of black beans
drained and rinsed
1 14 oz.
can crushed tomatoes in puree
1 cup
mild salsa
1 ½ ts.
chili powder
½ tsp.
cumin
½ tsp.
black pepper
½ tsp.
sea salt

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the diced onion and
minced garlic until tender. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about
10 minutes.
