🧂 Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup salsa

your favorite
½ cup water
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1 In your slow cooker add the chicken and cover with the rest of the ingredients.
I gave mine a little stir so the chicken was covered with all the seasonings.
Cook on low for the day or on high for 4 hours.
2 Remove chicken or using 2 forks shred the chicken and then cook on low for
another 30 minutes.
3 You can use the shredded seasoned chicken any way you like, tacos, taco bowl,
taco salad etc. Top with your favorite toppings.
